All deliveries, services and offers are subject to these General Conditions of Sale of AmnesicTM. Deviating conditions of the buyer which are not explicitly recognized, are not binding, even if they are not expressly contradicted. All our deliveries, services and offers are exclusively governed by these AmnesicTM T & Cs. We oppose any general or specific conditions contrary to or derogating from these conditions.

2. Offer and conclusion

Information in publicity texts is not to be taken as promised characteristics or guarantees, unless otherwise agreed.

The presentation of the products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog.

 

By clicking on the "buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after dispatch of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods in two weeks.

All prices are exclusive of transport costs.

All invoices are, unless otherwise agreed, due without deduction within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

In the event of late payment, legal default interest will be charged. Other claims are reserved.

7. Retention of title

The Seller retains ownership of the goods delivered until full payment of the amount of the order. The aforementioned retention of title clause does not prevent the risks of loss or deterioration of the goods to be borne by you as soon as they are made available.

10. Place of performance and competent court

The place of performance and the applicable competent court is Geneva. The contractual relations between us and our consumer customers are exclusively subject to Swiss law.

 

11. Safeguard clause

If one of the provisions of these T & Cs were or became null or unenforceable, the validity of the other provisions would not be affected. The null or unenforceable provision would then be replaced by the applicable legal provisions.
